PG環境でRailsのDBをcreateできない。 PG::ConnectionBad: connection to server on socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: No such file or directory

一つ目の記事でpath通したりした後、
二つ目の記事でpostgresを止めてupdateしたら成功した。
多分勝手にpath解決してくれていたみたいなので後者のみで良さそう。
